Jennifer and Benjamin Engagement Jul 30
Yesterday we had some fun and caught a great sunset.

Yesterday we had some fun and caught a great sunset.

I met up with Sarah and Jared a few days ago for their engagement photos and in the hour leading up to it I kept watching the weather radar on my phone as a massive storm was fast approaching. We started by hanging out and having a drink, which was especially nice because I hadn’t met Jared before, and during that time the storm fizzled to a light shower. Good news, right? Well, it left behind about 1000% humidity on the already 90 degree day. Somehow they stayed looking great in the heat, I know I didn’t, and we made some great photos.

Two quick (and very different) favorites from an engagement session earlier this week with Kat and Gavin. They’re having a Steampunk themed wedding in October. That should be pretty amazing.

Tricia and Joel are getting married in just a few weeks (at The English Inn, I love that place), so we did a quick engagement session last week in Tricia’s parent’s neighbor’s yard

We started out at the dorm they both lived for 4 years, and had a great time wandering around MSU’s campus.

Nicole and Jacob are getting married in a few months and they brought their daughter Eva (did I spell that right?) along for their engagement photos. I’ve become so used to just shooting couples for engagement photos, but having Eva along made it even more fun. Towards the end I wanted to get some of just Nicole and Jacob, so I gave Eva one of my cameras and let her shoot along side me. If she becomes a famous photographer, just remember where it started!
