I met up with Sarah and Jared a few days ago for their engagement photos and in the hour leading up to it I kept watching the weather radar on my phone as a massive storm was fast approaching. We started by hanging out and having a drink, which was especially nice because I hadn’t met Jared before, and during that time the storm fizzled to a light shower. Good news, right? Well, it left behind about 1000% humidity on the already 90 degree day. Somehow they stayed looking great in the heat, I know I didn’t, and we made some great photos.

Tricia and Joel were married yesterday at The English Inn. I think they set a record for fastest ceremony ever, it was 8 minutes and 9 seconds between the shots below of Tricia entering with her dad and exciting with Joel. I guess they figured the celebration deserved more emphasis than the ceremony, and celebrate they did!
It was a great day, congratulations Tricia and Joel!

Two quick (and very different) favorites from an engagement session earlier this week with Kat and Gavin. They’re having a Steampunk themed wedding in October. That should be pretty amazing.

JoAnne and Matt got married today at St. John’s Student Parish in East Lansing, then (after a trip to B-Dubs and around campus) there was a great reception at The Kellogg Center.
Congratulations!
